Welcome to Detailing Department. By accessing our website, booking a service, or using any part of our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Detailing Department offers mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s chosen location. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, inappropriate customer behavior, or vehicle conditions outside our service capabilities.

2. Booking & Appointments

2.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service location, and vehicle details.

2.2 Arrival Window

Due to travel, traffic, and weather, arrival times may vary. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

2.3 Access & Requirements

You must ensure:

  • Safe access to the vehicle

  • Permission to perform services at the location

  • Sufficient space to work around the vehicle

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Pricing

All prices listed are estimates and may change based on the condition, size, or needs of the vehicle. Excessive pet hair, stains, or neglect may require additional charges.

3.2 Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit (via secure processor)

  • Mobile payment apps (if offered)

We do not store your payment information.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.2 Weather Conditions

In cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your appointment. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or events outside our control.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We make every effort to provide high-quality results. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We may offer a correction or partial re-service at our discretion.

We cannot guarantee removal of:

  • Deep stains

  • Permanent damage

  • Etching or scratches

  • Odors that require replacement of interior components

6. Vehicle Responsibility

It is your responsibility to remove personal belongings prior to service.
We are not liable for:

  • Items left inside the vehicle

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Aftermarket accessories

  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service

Before beginning work, we may document the vehicle’s condition for protection of both parties.

7. Liability

Detailing Department is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by aftermarket parts or loose trim

  • Pre-existing paint defects or clear coat failure

  • Weather-related aftereffects following service

  • Acts beyond our control (theft, vandalism, etc.)

Our liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of the service performed.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy, misuse, or exploit any content

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Use our website for fraudulent activity

We may update site content or policies at any time.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your information except as required to provide service.
