Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies Detailing Department Booking: We want your detailing appointment to be smooth and easy. Please make sure your vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe spot so we can get started right away. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details. Cancellations: Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a small fee or forfeited deposit, simply to cover the time set aside for your appointment. Waitlist: If our schedule is full, feel free to join the waitlist. When a spot opens up, we’ll reach out. Openings are offered in the order they’re received, so the sooner you confirm, the better your chances of grabbing the slot. Friendly Note on Liability: We treat every vehicle with care, but some wear, damage, and imperfections naturally become more noticeable after a deep clean. By booking, you acknowledge that we’re not responsible for pre-existing issues or fragile areas that may react during the detailing process. Please remove any valuables before your appointment so nothing gets misplaced.
